Gigi Wang is the managing partner at MG-Team, where she runs a consulting firm which provides entrepreneurship/innovation training, along with strategic marketing and international business development services for corporations, startups, universities and governments. She has mentored companies across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. She lectures on entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and sits on the board of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab.
Before starting up MG-Team, Gigi was the SVP of Marketing and Alliances for July Systems, a startup providing mobile marketing solutions to customers around the world. Prior to July, she was CEO & co-founder of AsiaQuest, a company providing market entry services fro companies entering Asia. Gigi also started the International Carrier Marketing Group and lead VOIP Product Marketing for Ascend Communications (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent). As an Internet pioneer in the 90’s, she started up Pacific Internet in Singapore (IPO on NASDAQ in 1999) and launched the internationally re-knowned TRUSTe Internet privacy program in 1996, along with holding sales positions at Pacific Bell (acquird by SBC/AT&T). She started her career as a refinery engineer for Exxon-Mobile.

Janet Gregory is co-founder and principal of Kickstart Alliance, a marketing and sales consulting team that helps connect companies with customers. She runs the sales optimization practice for Kickstart Alliance. Janet is co-author of Built for Global in publication Q1 2017, about navigating international business and entering new markets.
Before KickStart Alliance, Janet’s helped two companies to successful IPO’s. Her experience is building highly effective sales organizations with innovative companies offering business productivity tools. Janet’s most recent corporate experience was with ShoreTel where as the VP Sales she helped turnaround the company to achieve profitability and rise to #8 in IP Telephone market share (now #3 and a successful IPO). Prior the she was on the founding executive team at Latitude Communications, a pioneer in voice and web conferencing. As VP Sales at Latitude, Janet took the company to profitability and a successful IPO (later acquired by Cisco). Early career years, Janet worked for Octel Communications (now Avaya) and ROLM/IBM (now Siemens).
